Macerated and refined ice cider from the vineyard Leduc-Piedimonte. The cider gives it this beautiful copper blond color.  This cheese is soft with flavors of cream and caramelized apples.


Accompaniment: Dessert with an apple jelly and maple syrup, a delight. White wine Sauvignon.  Dry wines are characterized by fairly strong  aromas of spice, toast or exotic fruit. In the mouth, they carry a rich and well-balanced texture.
