Artisanal cheese made of pasteurized cow milk, soft bloomy rind.   Aroma of fresh mushrooms.  Soft paste with notes of butter, cream and almond butter flavor.


Accompaniment:  Aromatic and mellow wines.  These dry wines are characterized by fairly strong aromas of spice, toast or exotic fruit. In the mouth, they carry a rich and well-balanced texture.  Chardonnay, Pinot, Gris, Pouilly-Fuissé.
